Alors que nous continuons à transformer notre organisation, nous recherchons un Ingénieur Technique Ortho Care /Field Service Engineer – Paris area. 

Missions Principales:

  • Gérer les installations techniques et la qualification fournisseur des systèmes Ortho au sein des laboratoires d’analyses.
  • Effectuer des prestations de maintenances préventives, curatives ou proactives sur les gammes de matériels de laboratoire commercialisées par Ortho, en conformité avec les standards de Qualité et de Sécurité de la société, et les objectifs assignés.
  • Organiser ses interventions et son planning de manière à répondre aux attentes des clients dans le respect de la politique commerciale de l’entreprise
  • Assurer un suivi technique et scientifique chez les clients dont il a la responsabilité
  • Assurer les fonctions d’administration et d’organisation liées à son activité : gestion du stock de pièces détachées à sa disposition, enregistrement et suivi des prestations, compte rendu technique
  • Faire remonter toute information commerciale relative aux clients ou concurrents auprès des services et personnes concernées (Directeur des Ventes, Ingénieur Commercial, Chef de Produit Marketing).
  • Collaborer avec la Hotline au processus de vigilance et de gestion des réclamations clients
  • Effectuer ponctuellement des actions de formation relatives à l’utilisation des équipements auprès de clients ou collègues, ou à des actions spécifiques d’avant-vente auprès des clients et prospects
  • Participer activement, en collaboration étroite avec l’Ingénieur Commercial et l’Ingénieur d’Application à une image forte d’Ortho sur la région dont il a la charge.

Profil

  • Formation scientifique ou technique (Licence ou Ingénieur)
  • Expérience de 3 ans minimum dans un environnement médical
  • Bonne communication et orientation client
  • Autonomie et organisation personnelle
  • Bon esprit d’analyse
  • Team engagement
  • Anglais : maîtrise de base – TOEIC 600 (compréhension des documentations techniques)

As we continue to transform our organization, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer area Paris.

Responsibilities:

  • Customers management in relationship with the Ortho local team
  • Perform preventive, curative or proactive maintenance services on the Ortho systems.
  • Provide technical and scientific follow-up for the customers for whom he is responsible, in accordance with the policy defined for the country.
  • Provide administrative and organizational functions related to his activity: management of the stock of spare parts, recording and monitoring of services, technical report …
  • Report all commercial information relating to customers or competitors to the departments and persons concerned (Regional Manager, Sales Engineer, Marketing Product Manager).
  • Organize its service orders and planning so as to meet customers’ expectations in accordance with the company’s commercial policy
  • Collaborate with the Hotline in the process of vigilance and management of customer complaints
  • Occasionally carry out training actions related to the use of equipment with customers or colleagues, or specific pre-sales actions with customers and prospects
  • Collaborate closely with Account Manager and Laboratory Specialist to create a strong image of Ortho in local.

Profile:

  • Education: Educated to degree level, preferably in a technical based subject e.g. Electronic, information, automation. 
  • Previous experience 3 years in Medical field

  • Organized and Flexible approach
  • English – TOEIC 600
