It is the sales representative’s main mission to maximize the revenue from sales of the organization’s products and/or services through a base of customers in your assigned territory.
Therefore, you are the representative of the Tosoh brand to the customer and act as trusted partner to existing customers. You manage and drive the development of accounts according to your strategic and budget plan. Moreover, you contribute in enforcing Tosoh’s image and brand in the eyes of customer. Your challenge:
❖ Promote and sell a portfolio of Tosoh products and/or services and solution to current and new end customers in line with sales targets and company goals
❖ Create, monitor and revise plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
❖ Maintain existing customer base and develop new sales opportunities
❖ Monitor profitability and maximize the revenue from existing accounts
❖ Inform customers of new products/solutions and prices
❖ Meet or over achieve territory targets in line with the Company goals
❖ Optimization of installed instruments
❖ Sales reporting
❖ Report and maintain records in the Company’s CRM system to include prospects, opportunities, contact and competition etc.
❖ Capture and monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, contracts and tenders etc
❖ Organize demonstrations and presentations
❖ Co-ordinate new installations and evaluations on your sales region
❖ Promote the companies profile and products at exhibitions and other commercial events
❖ Develop good product and competitor knowledge
Profile:
❖ Master or Bachelor of Science
❖ Ideally 3 to 5 years of sales experience with proven track record in IVD market
❖ English: business language – good knowledge
❖ Bilingual: Dutch/French
❖ Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
❖ Drive for growth, success and accomplishment
❖ Readiness to travel
❖ Result-oriented; customer-focus
