Gilson International – Field Service Technician (H/F)

We are looking for our new Field Service Technician to join our expanding Pipette Service team.
At Gilson your role will be to provide to our customers with the highest quality when performing preventative maintenance, service, repairs and calibration, within the Gilson Pipette Service Procedures and to accredited standards.
The position requires a high level of dexterity and attention to detail as our customers range from small and medium sized biopharma to universities, hospital and well know research and scientific institutions.
Working closely within the team and in conjunction with the local sales representative, you will be responsible for representing Gilson at customer sites.
Your role includes travels around your area, but other areas may be required at times.
Experience may beneficial but not essential as full training will be given.
You must have:
– Excellent attention to detail
– Good customer service skills
– The ability to learn and handle technical enquiries, speaking with customers and problem-solving
– Reliable and flexible
– The ability to work alone as well as part of a team
– Have a full driving licence
